Common questions
If blocked apps are not locking, confirm that Screen Time permission is enabled and that you selected at least one app, category, or website during setup.
If a purchase or restore does not appear immediately, reopen ReadLock and use Restore Purchases from the paywall or settings screen.
App blocking depends on Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls systems, so behavior can vary based on device settings, iOS version, and the apps or categories selected.
Purchases and renewals are managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel from iPhone Settings under your Apple Account subscriptions.
